As Senior Vice President, Division Chief Operating Officer, he managed the Financial Services Division of Mitsubishi Corporation. Mr. Kadota is a non executive director of GPSS Holdings Inc. and a corporate auditor of The Hachijuni (82) Bank. He is Representative Director of Institute of Corporate Governance, Japan. Mr. Kadota was a visiting professor and lecturer in the field of business administration at the Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. Mr. Kadota is the H. Lawrence Hull, Jr. Leadership Awardee and a lifetime member of Pacific Pension Institute where he was a member of the Board Directors and he is currently its advisory council member. Mr. Kadota received his Bachelor’s degree from Law Faculty of The University of Tokyo in 1971 and his Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University in 1981. |
